Sriram Padmanabhan (Ponnu)
went to MICA (Ahmedabad) after BITS and worked in market research
from 1998 till 2001. As if one master's degree wasn't
enough, he is now in the second year of his MBA at the
NYU Stern School of Business, New York. He likes
bicycling, swimming, being outdoors in general... and
listens to the same old music.
Ganesh Panchapagesan (PG),
who did his ET from BITS, is now working for Oracle in
their India Development Center at Hyderabad. He would
love to hear from his friends who can call him at

Rajagopal Parthasarathy (Lapo)
works
with iFlex Solutions and recently moved to Chennai after
a 3 year stint in Singapore. He continues to share his
passion for good books with music and some freaky
writing when he can find the time and topic.
VenkataRavindra Babu Garlapati (Chanti)
is
currently in
Hyderabad,
India
working for Wipro Technologies as a project lead.
Very
few people in our batch moved east, and found their life
partner as soon as they graduated from BITS. Anand A
(Costa) moved to Japan with Epson and never stopped
to look elsewhere after that. He speaks fluent Japanese
and can awe you with his chopstick skills. And did he
mention he does manage to get some software design work
done in between all that Japan has to offer him?
Sakthieswaran P (powerman, sakthi)
always had the motto - Lets make things better. Needless to say
Phillips was an obvious choice for him. From being a
valuable contributor at APOGEE to group activities,
Sakthi has come a long way. He recently married Innahai
and is based out of
Eindhoven(Netherlands).
Purna
Bhaskar Koganti (Bobby)
has been working for Sasken in Bangalore for the last 3
years and is married to another BITSian, Sandhya
from the ’96 batch.
Very
few people in our batch have had the good fortune of
finding life partners so early in life. One of them is
Sanjay Gupta(gupta, ghotu) who found IBM
immediately after BITS. He also found a soulmate in
Pallavi a few years ago and was blessed with a daughter
recently. He is settled in NY and continues to say "Me,
Pallavi, Shreya aur mera jeevan saathi IBM!!!
Navneeth Krishnan (Nakki, Tenk)
who did his Eco & EEE!, joined his sidie Hoku from BITS
at Mascot Systems in Bangalore. He then moved on to the
automobile city (Detroit) and is now working for
Carter’s in Atlanta. This TAP-er deivam as his friends’
call him is married to Vidya and loves having fun,
taking drives in his roaring Mustang, etc…
Pramoth Kumar (JPK, Japak)
who did his Chem Engineering at BITS, now works with CSC
as a project lead and is recently on an assignment in
San Jose, California.
From
solving Mechsol problems, to complex VLSI design to
deciphering the meaning of life, Sriraj Sundararaman
(Guruji) has come a long way. This jovial guy
recently tied the knot with Bharathi and is settled in
San Jose, CA.
Anand
Rajaram (Rana)
who did his Eco with CS dual degree at
BITS, moved on to TISL in Bangalore and then Specialized
Software in US. He is currently working for jPeople (as
their J2EE, Soap/Uddi – what the ?, Guru), active in the
BITSAA group & is married to his Bitsian love, Gago from
’93 batch.
Raghavendran Sanjeevan (vendri, rags)
works with Network Associates out of San Jose (CA) and is happily
married to Savita. Their house is the adda for the wing
get-togethers in the bay area.
Arvind Krishnamurthy (aravi)
works with Synopsys out of
Bangalore (India). After several years in France and
other parts of the world, Aravi finally decided to
settle in Bangalore. He is happily married to Anusha and
has a son Sundar. |
