Completed MBA (PGDM) from Deccan Education Societies -
Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune with
Marketing as Specialization. Also managed to secure the first
ranking in the class with best passing out student award and a
gold medal to accompany.

Currently working with Saint-Gobain's Indian delegation. I
handle the Performance Plastics business for Saint-Gobain and
am also responsible for establishing new business divisions

Spent 9 months in Mumbai with Arvind Brands handling sales in
the city. By the way, we manufacture and market brands like
ARROW, LEE and WRANGLER. Currently, I am with the same
company, handling sales for the above three brands in the
states of Gujarat, M.P.,Rajasthan and Chhatisgarh. Wife is
someone, I met in 1994 and married in 2001. Seven year itch,
did someone say? She is employed in Ahmedabad, imparting
education to children. A nobler pursuit than mine, employed as
I am in conning people to buy something they do not want to.

Right after the summer of 1994, when I passed out to join HCL
Hewlette Packard, I had been pursuing marketing as the key
responsibility area, which was further strengthened with an
M.B.A. from Pune University in 1998; I went on to re-join HCL
and then Samsung Electronics, as Business Manager-Strategic
Alliances (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal). I still remember the days
in Pilani, when all of us were passionate about the Students'
Union elections and ecstatic on the results of my victory to
become the Union Prez (Some reactions stand out - Amlan's
Outrage, Jolly Bhatia's Histrionics, Wanchoo's patience,
specially to help me maintain my cool). My shift from Samsung
about three years back to join forces in a start-up
"Zed-Axis Technologies - www.zed-axis.com " as the
Executive President, refreshed those memories. A designation
that will probably remain always close to me. Now that I am
shifting to Mumbai for exploring new business in that market
(opening Mumbai Office of Zed-Axis), I might come across
others to be part of my diary. By the way, I am a proud father
of Snehin (we call him Shyon), if you ever want to witness
'Denis the Menace' live action show, drop into my house (P-63,
South Extension - II, New Delhi - 110049).
